AFM just completed this re-roofing project in Newtown – Geelong. Tile to tin re-roof, tiles well past used by date and very brittle, replaced with zincalume custom orb and installing 50mm blanket and new gutters.
With the introduction mineral fibre wool this gives the house an excellent R rating, reducing the heating and cooling costs and also the environmental footprint.
This house now looks fresh extending its life span.
