We are currently seeking applications for an Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administration Assistant will interact with customers, clients, and the public daily by answering phone, face to face and email queries. It is imperative that you have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, excellent verbal, and written communication and will work well in a team environment.
The Administration Assistant will develop and maintain process and procedure documentation using a variety of office products. Ideally, we are seeking someone that has worked in a blue-collar environment in a similar role.
Your key responsibilities will be.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholder queries.
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages for deliveries.
- Writing and issuing emails to staff and teams on behalf of senior staff.
- Finding new ways to improve administrative processes.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
To be successful you will have.
- Previous administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong knowledge of Excel
- Driver’s License or ability to attend site daily as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, be punctual, reliable, and ready to forge a career in Administration.
