AFM Roofing showcased their expertise in architectural cladding with the completion of the Korayn Birralee Family Centre’s new roof and wall cladding project in Corio. By incorporating top-of-the-line materials, they achieved a perfect balance between durability and visual appeal. The installation of .48 Colorbond trim-dek roofing not only provided a sleek and modern aesthetic but also offered robust protection against the elements. To infuse the space with natural light, the project included the installation of 2400 GSM web glass roofing, allowing for a pleasant ambiance. Effective water management was a priority, which was achieved through the incorporation of Colorbond box gutters, sumps, 200mm half round eaves gutters, downpipes, spreaders, and flashings. This comprehensive approach ensured the project’s success and delivered a remarkable outcome for the Korayn Birralee Family Centre.
